Tip of the day: Dining Etiquette

The general rule for dining is to use your utensils from the outermost going in.  There are some table settings, however, that may be confusing for some, as the placement of the utensils are not the perceived "typical" setting, just like this photo of a Formal Dinner Place Setting:

In this case, the first course is the soup, second the salad, then a sorbet is served, followed by the main course, and the dessert is the last course.  As you can see, one can easily be confused as to which utensil is next.
